Report Server Configuration Error
Fresh install of report server into local pc, not able to view folder. Tried to login using IE with admin rights, but it complaints "This browser is not supported, please update to Edge"... So, may ...

if you managed to receive error about unsupported browser, then Report Server service is configured and running.
IE is no longer supported on the latest versions, so just copy-paste URL from IE to other browser and you should be fine.
If you wish to use IE, you need to install something older than Report Server, version September 2021 I believe.
