Remove Publish option

Is it possible to remove Publish button from Power BI Report Server completely?

    If you connect to the Report Server using Management Studio, then right click on the server and go into Properties > Advanced. Then there is a setting under the User-defined section called EnablePowerBIReportMigrate - if you set this to False this will remove the publish button from the Report Server Portal.
