Refresh Works fine but nothing new shows up

Hey Folks,

 

I got a pbi db set up and connected through mysql database and has been set up into scheduled refresh.

 

Everything was working fyn untill 9/12/20 since the refresh works fyn but nothing new shows up ( updated data).

 

there is no error it refreshes fine but nothing new shows up. Did anyone encounter such situation and help me to fix this .

    Did you check your report by manually refreshing from desktop?

    Do you have any filters in the data model that are restricting your data?

      Works fine in desktop. 

       

      It was working fyn before sept 12

        Just wanted to update refresh once started never finishes off.

         

        what could be the reason? urgent help needed!!
