Published report but users can't view it

Hi, I've never had this issue before, but today I posted a report and the users can open it but they can't view the data. It looks like the picture below.

The users are all pro users and have access to the report. I can still view it as normal but the others can't.

Does anyone know why this is happening? We have a bunch of published reports and this is the first time that I see it.
