I personally think if this is blocking your work:
- Don’t waste hours hunting random links (most are dead or unsafe)
- Ask internally (IT / previous deployments / backup servers)
- Or use May 2024 / May 2025 installer and align your Desktop version instead
Because practically, in enterprise setups, teams store installers internally for exactly this reason—Microsoft won’t help you here.
