Powerbi Report Server can't login on external url
New Power BI Report Server installation works great on interanl url http://servername/reports from any server on the network. The external https://servername.company.com/reports prompts for credentials but then just returns "Hmmm... can't reach this page'. Nothing logged in power bi logs.
Is this the default behavior and just needs a configuration change or am I running into something odd?
Here are the settings for Web Portal URL with a valid certificate. Seemed like straight forward installation and configuration. May 2022 version.

I'm afraid that's not going to work.
By default, the URL is https://[ComputerName]/reports. The report server might be configured to use a specific port. For example, https://[ComputerName]:80/reports or https://[ComputerName]:8080/reports
