PowerBI Report Builder concatanate multirow text in chart

Hello, 

I have the bellow dataset, and i want to display it in a chart sort by "Dept" in row and "Level" in column but i want a specific column by "Dept" with my causes of all levels.

Currently i succeed to sort by "Dept" and "Level" but my "Causes" column only show the level 2 causes.   

Did you now a way to aggregate the row of my dataset to display it in my chart ?
