Community SupportHi Guo , If you don't have capacity level permissions, there isn't a self-service way to identify the Capacity Administrator. Since you're a Microsoft employee, please reach out to your internal Fabric/Power BI administration team or the owner of the capacity, who can identify the Capacity Administrator and use the Fabric Capacity Metrics app to determine which workspace and item were responsible for the high capacity consumption during the affected timeframe.
