Power BI solution for business
Hi, JustinDoh1
I don't know if I understand it well. You said that SharePoint would be easier way. There are two ways to share reports in sharepoint: upload pbix desktop file and embed in sharepoint online. The former is not suitable for simply viewing reports, and the latter requires at least a PRO license.

And You can also share reports in pbi service: Share reports directly, grant user workspace/app access and etc. Also, If reports are not in the premium capacity, all users need a pro license to view.

Like this:
You can purchase a pro account separately, or you can purchase Office 365 E5 that includes a pro account.
Reference: Self-service sign up for the Power BI service as an individual - Power BI | Microsoft Docs
If I don’t get what you mean, please let me know.

v-janeyg-msft Thank you for your feedback. I guess my focus is finding the best way for our company's employees to access the PBI reports in a central location. It appears that license fees would be same in either from Sharepoint site or directly from PowerBI link. I am so new to this, but what is common practice for business users to access PBI? I was thinking SharePoint would be easier way, but please let me know if there is other way or the best practice now days. As things are changing (as far as platform), I want to stay in a platform that would last long. Thanks.
