Hello Anonymous , 

 

Thank you for confirming that. The problem really is then that the people with “Manage individual subscriptions” privilege see the comments section, when it should be hidden like CC/BCC sections.

It is odd , and you can try to update your Power BI Report Server Version to the latest.

    Hello Anonymous ,

     

    I updated our test server to Version1.20.8910.25479(May 2024) and the problem still exists. 

     

    Here is what users see that only have the Manage individual subscriptions privilege.  

     

     

    Here is the error that happens when a user with the Manage individual subscriptions privilege tries to enter text into the Comment section.
