Power BI server fresh installation error

I am getting this: whne navigating to: http://localhost/ReportServer   http://localhost/Reports is not working either.   Any idea how get though this?   Thanks

    Got it working by using old buddy IE11 opened as administrator.

Actually Portal works, sort of. I get this:

I am running it on my developer laptop, and I am an admin.

When I was installing it I selected Developer version.
