Power BI Reports Not Opening

Hi,

 

We have on premise Power BI Report Server installed on one Server.

The link is http://IP Address/Reports

 

Now we have a Web Server(Apache Server) where we have mapped a general name for the specific IP in httpd-config file

Now the Power BI Report Link is https://nameofserver/Reports and this link is also enabled over internet

 

I can open the reports from Server from http://IP Address/Reports (Using Windows Authentication)

But when I use this link - https://nameofserver/Reports from other system , the reports are visible but when tried to open I get below error

 

The requested URL /powerbi/ was not found on this server

 

Any suggestions.. Please advice

    Hi,

     

    Managed to resolve it by adding some tags in httpd-ssl config file on Web Server

     

    But observing that reports are taking time when accessed from https Link below

     

    https://nameofserver/Reports

     

    whereas from http://IP Address/Reports from Server..it is fast.

     

    Any suggestions ? Is there any set up needs to be done in Configuration Manager etc for https Link?

      We are having the same issue while configuring PowerBi via httpd reverse proxy.

       

      Could you please share the tags used to overcome the issue.

    Hello,

     

    Is there a solution for this issue?

     

    I am getting the same error - using the custom security extension and running Power BI Report Server on-prem May 2022 version. We have the same setup in another environment that works but is running May 2021 version.
