Power BI Report Server "PUBLISH" Option - DISABLE / Remove

With Power BI Report Server Jan-2023 release, is it possibel to "DISABLE" or "REMOVE" Publish option?

To disable the Publish feature in SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) 2019,

  1. Connect to the Reporting Services instance in SQL Server Management Studio (SSMS).
  2. Right-click the instance name, select Properties.
  3. In the "Select a page" pane, select Advanced.
  4. Under User-Defined, set these items to False
    1. EnablePowerBIReportExportData
    2. EnablePowerBIReportMigrate

I did not have to restart Reporting Services for these changes to take effect.
