Power BI Paginated Report - Will not launch

Hi,

Ive recently downloaded Paginated report builder. When I try to launch it I get the "starting" image and then nothing. The loading image disappears. 

Ive tried to see if there were any other versions to download (64 - 32 bit) but cannot find any.
