power bi html page unbounded from report server

hello everybody.

installed PBRS developer, everything is nice so far.

thinking about how to create power bi html page unbounded from report server  - to have interactive isolated html page based on a snapshot of the data.

apparantely if to get all the libraries and replace calls to return static data the task seems to be feasible. but perhaps there are easier ways - please advice.
