    You need to create measure like this:

     
    Reason_new = 
var _Reason = LASTNONBLANK(Arkusz1[Reason];1)
RETURN
IF(
    CALCULATE( DISTINCTCOUNT(Arkusz1[Reason]) ;
    all(Arkusz1[Reason])) > 1
    ;"Mixed"
    ;_Reason
    )
