Thank you, SamWiseOwl ,for your response.

    Hi lsihui_,

We sincerely appreciate your inquiry on the Microsoft Fabric Community Forum.

In addition to the response provided by SamWiseOwl , kindly follow the steps mentioned below, which may help in resolving the issue:

    1. Ensure that the Custom Visual is correctly published. Open the report in Power BI Desktop, republish it to Power BI Service, and verify the issue.
    2. The organisation’s Power BI administrator may have restricted custom visuals. Please request the Power BI administrator to review the settings: Admin Portal → Tenant Settings → Custom Visuals → Allow. Additionally, ensure that the "Publish to web" setting is not restricting visuals.
    3. The visual may be corrupted or outdated. In Power BI Desktop, remove the visual, download the latest version from AppSource, re-add it to the report, and republish.
    4. Users may not have the required build permissions. In Power BI Service, navigate to Workspace → Access and ensure that users have Contributor or higher access.

If you find our response helpful, kindly mark it as the accepted solution and provide kudos. This will assist other community members facing similar queries.

    Thank you.
