Helper IIParameter popup, scrolling doesnt work in IE 11

Thanks for trying. After some more searching I found this known issue about a recent IE update.
After installing this KB, Internet Explorer 11 users who use SQL Server Reporting Services (SSRS) may not be able to scroll through a drop-down menu by using the scroll bar.

I think this is the issue I am having so it seems a know issue.

I think this is the issue I am having so it seems a know issue.
Helper IIAlso, try testing this with a multi-select parameter rather than a single select. The issue seems to happen on the multi-select parameter.
