Paginated Reports - Parameters

Thank you very much for your answer Shahfaisal, yes, I guess the reason is cascading parameters, however, there is not any relationship between "category" and "item" parameters, that's why I don't understand why I cannot write anything before giving a category value...
The Category and SubCategory are cascaded within themselves, and the Item key and Item no are also within each other, but there is no relationship between these two groups.
You shoule be able to select/enter values in Item Key if it is not dependent on the previous parameters. From the parameter names, it sounds like all the 4 should be cascaded but I don't know your requirements.
