On Premise Power BI Report Server Technical Documentation
How do I obtain a copy of the technical documentation (i.e. architecture, application process flow, authentication steps, etc) for the (March 2018) On Premise version of Power BI Report Server?

All publically avaialble documentation is available at PowerBI.com under learn --> documentation. Also note that much of the adminstration and architecture is shared with Sql Server Reporting Services, so much of that documenation applies as well.
