Microsoft CQD template - filter on few numbers RECEIVING calls only

Hello! I need to build a report based on CQD query and I managed to deploy some of the templates. I have trouble understanding how to filter this so that I only track calls coming in to 3 phone numbers that are essentially help center numbers.

Should I filter them on "first" or on "second" phone number / UPN?

I read this (https://learn.microsoft.com/en-us/microsoftteams/dimensions-and-measures-available-in-call-quality-dashboard), but that is so not clear so I am not sure if "first is caller" filter also gives me anything.

Please help!

    Hi, Pbix_is

You can create a slicer in your report with the slicer field set to your PHONE NUMBERS field and then select those three phone numbers you want to filter. I created a simple dataset:

FirstUPN and SecondUPN are in the same table, so you only need to put one of their fields in the slicer.

Hi, and thank you! I found those filters, but I have 2 problems:

      1) I don't know how to say only calls that these 3 numbers RECEIVE. Are they then "First" or "Second" phone numbers that I need to filter on? Who is receiving calls: first number? The link I shared has the explanation, but I don't understand any of it.

2)phone numbers are muffled, I don't see all digits 😞 I read in the instructions that is when calls are coming in or going out, not your own company's phones, but they are all with stars** so I'm lost. I asked for UPN for users, maybe I'll be able to filter on that.

        Hi, Pbix_is

You can try filtering using the user's UPN. Whether you can filter depends on how your data is structured and recorded in CQD.

You mentioned that phone numbers are muffled, which does trap us in the process of adding filters. You can check if your dataset has other fields that can be related to this phone number. We can try to filter the data by indirect filtering on other fields.
