Manager role user

Hello, is it possible to manage user roles in power bi report server i.e. give the right of access to the application to a few people and not to everyone ??

You can take a look at the below article that define different roles and their description

Any user that is being added thru any role have the access to it. Sometimes Active directory has a group for all users like "Domain\Domain Users" or "Everyone", you should make sure that these are not added to PBIRS
