last refresh date/time for users location

Hi,

I find it very difficult to make a last refresh date/time based on the users locations.

I have users logging in from all around the globe and I want to show them their date/time.

Users logging in from:

- Europe

- Dubai

- Singapore

- Jakarta

- Perth, Austrlia

- Vancouver, Canada

- Tanzania

Does someone knows a solution to for them all based on their date/timezone when report has been last refrehed?
