Issues with IDbCommand Interface

Hello, I am trying to resolve an error with my data refresh.  I have searched for a solution to no avail.  Hopefully someone can help.

 

Create a report with the desktop.  Connected to SQL Server with Databse login, all works well and data retrieved

Uploaded to Report Server, no issues.

Go to Manage in the report and setup Basic Authentication, test connection, test is successful.

Open report, no visuals show and get an error "Couldn't Load the data for this Visual, The exception was raised by the IDbCommand Interface. 

 

No idea what the issue is. I have researched and tried everything I know.

 

Can someone help?

    Hi DPCCGF ,

    Please try to restart the PBIRS server and try again.

    If it still throw an error, please provide more detailed information.

    No, did not work. The only other detail I can provide is it works fine in the desktop.  When uploaded to the server connecting to the data source works fine for both Windows and Basic Auth.  Just get this error when I try to refresh or if it's a direct query.
