What I understood by translating your msg in english is - Since PBIRS works on HTTP (port 80) but reports fail to render on HTTPS (port 443) after reinstall, kindly check the HTTPS Certificate. See below stepsCheck the HTTPS certificate-> Open the PBIRS site in a browser, click the lock icon, and view the certificate. Make sure the certificate Common Name (CN) or Subject Alternative Name (SAN) exactly matches the hostname or FQDN you use to access PBIRS (for example: server.company.com). If it does not match, install a correct certificate.Rebind the certificate in Report Server Configuration Manager-> Open Report Server Configuration Manager. Go to Web Service URL. Click Advanced. Remove the existing HTTPS binding. Add HTTPS again and select the correct certificate. Apply the changes.Restart PBIRS-> After reboot, or manually, restart the SQL Server Reporting Services (PBIRS) service.Check logs if the issue continues-> Check the files under: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles

Check the HTTPS certificate
-> Open the PBIRS site in a browser, click the lock icon, and view the certificate. Make sure the certificate Common Name (CN) or Subject Alternative Name (SAN) exactly matches the hostname or FQDN you use to access PBIRS (for example: server.company.com). If it does not match, install a correct certificate.
Rebind the certificate in Report Server Configuration Manager
-> Open Report Server Configuration Manager. Go to Web Service URL. Click Advanced. Remove the existing HTTPS binding. Add HTTPS again and select the correct certificate. Apply the changes.
Restart PBIRS
-> After reboot, or manually, restart the SQL Server Reporting Services (PBIRS) service.
Check logs if the issue continues
-> Check the files under: C:\Program Files\Microsoft Power BI Report Server\PBIRS\LogFiles
