How to remove extra space in a tile without making the grid smaller?

I've created a dashboard consisting of multiple grids (reports). However, my tiles have a lot of extra empty rows under the grid. Whenever I use the resize icon on the bottom right to make the tile smaller, the table itself is being resized and becomes very small.

How can I remove this extra white space without affecting the table size? 

Also, how can I remove this extra space in the title to align with the columns?

    You only have very limited sizing options for tiles.  Are you pinning visuals or pages?

      Hi, I've created several pages and using the web version, I selected each page and clicked on the "pin to dashboard" option. So I assume in this case I'm pinning pages.
