Hey, anyone knows how to write inside the bubbles of the Visualization map?
Or if there are recommended maps to work with?
or tips for design.

Based on my research, I don't find a map visual which supports write any text inside of the bubbles.
However, there is a workaround with the built-in map visual. In a map visual, we can turn on Category Labels. Or we can create a report page to contain the desired values, then set this page as tooltip for the map visual. For more information, see: https://docs.microsoft.com/en-us/power-bi/desktop-tooltips
