Granting Access to All workspace users to Refresh the dataset

Hi, 

I have made a dashboard in power Bi desktop which gets data from two sources. The first source is an excel file saved in the local drive and the other source is salesforce. I have then published the dashboard to the power Bi service and i can refresh the dataset because of the on-premises personal gateway i have established.

However, i would want everyone that has access to the workspace be able to refresh the dataset. Can you please explain to me how this can be done. Thank you.
