Formatting and spacing a report

How do I align each graphic so the heights and spacing between the tiles and text boxes are the same?  Also, why does the space in the text boxes that lay over the tiles change when I convert it to PPT?  Online the text boxes look like they have plenty of room above the tile but when I convert the file to PPT the text is in tile.
