Filtering by user, is it possible with the bookmarks?

I've created a report that has different final viewers. For it I've used the RLS, and it works for the data. 

But the report has a page of navigation buttons in which I've used bookmarks. So, I would like to avoid that some users could see certains options (buttons). 

Is it possible? 

How could I achieved anything like that?
