Filter is not applying in query string in power bi server

Hi,   I have a table and prepared a report in desktop and made a measure which calculate the URL based upon a ID dynamically. URL = "https://app.powerbi.com/groups/ce347380-637d-4700-838f-f7b0029...

Can you post your DAX formula? What you posted doesn't look quite correct.

The calculated URL is fine now but after publishing it is not giving me filter data.Could you please help.

I just went through a blog and when publishing through query string parameter it says that it has a limitation that it doesn't work when it will be published to web..what does it mean?
