I'm not seeing field parameters mentioned in the blog post for september 2025, and I'm not seeing it on the roadmap either.
RIght now it looks like this functionality isn't fully supported, I'd recommend posting an idea for it to gain traction:

MS does not update the "what's new" section and blog post for Sep 2025 PBIRS, so i don't know where you see the roadmap or blog post. If you indicate this post, it is for Power BI Service.
Power BI September 2025 Feature Summary | Microsoft Power BI 部落格 | Microsoft Power BIYou can download the Sep 2025 PBIRS Desktop and you will see the field parameter feature on the pane.
