Hi AYAELYOUSS,

 

For Power BI Report Server (PBIRS), end users can’t export an on-prem PBIX report to PDF/PPT/Excel directly from the web portal. That capability exists in Power BI Desktop (Export to PDF) and in the Power BI Service (Export to PDF/PPTX), but not for PBIX in PBIRS. If you need one-click export from the browser on PBIRS, the supported route is to publish a Paginated (RDL) report, which exposes an Export menu and also supports URL-based export and subscriptions.
