Export CSV taking too long to give option to save

Hi there,

 

I have a PowerBI Report on report server with a matrix visual consisting of 13 key metrics. When users try to export data, it can take anywhere from 2 minutes to 30 minutes to never to give an option of where to save / download the file.

 

Why is this happening and does anyone know how to get across this issue?

    avalonds 

    use Perfirmance Analyzer to define the most memory consumption measures and optimize it. 

    13 measures for one visual could be too much depending of its statements and data size
