Disable "Quick Insights" Feature in Power BI Server
Is it a way to disable this or stop it from appearing in Power BI Server or Service?

Just as what HashamNiaz mentioned, currently it is not supported to disable "Quick Insights" feature in Power BI.
Here is a similar idea you can vote up: Microsoft Idea · please provide an option to disable insights (powerbi.com).
And there are some workaround in the comments. Please check if they can meet your requirements.

Unfortunately, you can't disable this setting from Power BI Admin Portal, see MS docs;Quick inshgts are available for users who have atleast build permission on dataset / workspace.
