Delete data from an existing report

I have various Power BI reports that I typically feed with data from Excel. I add new data monthly. One of my data sources doesn’t exist anymore, hence I now have a break in my data chain, therefore ...

    Hi MG1965 ,

    Please try below steps:

    1. Download the report file in Power BI Service Portal/ PBIRS Web Portal

    2. Open the .pbix file in Power BI Desktop

    3. Open the Power Query pane in Power BI Desktop 

    4. Delete the old data in Power Query, close and apply

    5. Save the .pbix file and publish it to the Power BI Service Portal/ PBIRS Web Portal
