Dashboard sharing

Hi,

 

I developed a dashboard in Power BI Desktop (my account is Power BI Pro) and I want to share the dashboard outside my organization.

What does the other entity needs to have to access the dashboard? They have Microsoft SQL Server Enterprise with Assurance Software.

      Thanks for the answer.

      I'm just curious, can they edit my report after I published? Do they only access online? What if the data is constantly updating, like every day or every week?
