Custom visuals dont work on chrome

Hello..

I have PBI report server may 2021

and I face same problem in earlier versions...

some custom visuals doesnt work on some browsers  on some devices..

E.g. Scroller

 

** my PC

1- Chrome: not working

2-Edge: working

 

 

** my Friend PC

1- Chrome:  working

I dont know why is this Issue...

can you help me solving it?

    Anonymous You'll likely have to contact the original creator of those visuals. Strange since Edge uses the Chromium engine.

    What's the version of Chrome? And what's the version of PC? Are there any differences?
