Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later

Hello

 

I have a double hop architecture with three servers : power bi report server, ssas tabular and sql server. I have configured kerberos. When accessing my dashboard from the report server local machine it is ok.

When I try to access the url via a browser thne I get Couldn't retrieve the data for this visual. Please try again later

I have check the data source and the test connection gives e connecting successfully! I even check workflow with th network team and everything seems to be ok.

Kerberos also seems to work properly. However, I am not able to see my custom visual

Any  help will be appreciated

    I got the same error in a much simplified environment. Standard slicer, power bi report server with custom security, import query mode.  It is a long list. (1288 items).  That might be the problem.
