could not install report server message " Error 0x800c005: Failed to execute EXE package"
at step .Net Framework 4..5.2 itself it exits

What version of windows are you trying to install this on? Couple things to try:
- Check the 'C:\ProgramData\Package Cache\5B71B20A455F6EEAB79DD1EDCAB0BA66AD0D2208\' folder and see if the NDPXXX-Web.exe is still there, if so try and run it directly by double clicking on it. If there is a problem installing .NET 4.5.2 then it should prompt you with the issue.
- If the EXE is no longer there try installing it from the web, this should be the latest link
