Connect Falcon and Power BI

Hello, I am working with Power BI and Falcon. A conector is required to connect the information. Unfortunately, it is not working any more. I have downloaded and saved the connector, but when I click on "retrieve data" (Daten abrufen) it is not working. I receive an error message: "Connection not available" (Die Verbindung mit dem Remoteserver kann nicht hergestellt werden. Does anybody have similar problems and can help me? Thanks, Brinja
