Cant open Webportal-URL

Add some logs from here:
C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles

there is no directory on the Powerbi server.
On the SQL Server is the pardon of the 2012, which can not be or it is the wrong because I had set up powerbi only a few days ago.

    You have installed RS so u have logs. Find it.
    Without info noone can help you.

        Man,

        find rows in log with time when you tried to open Webportal-URL and paste it here as text or screen.
