Cant open Webportal-URL

Hello everybody,

 

I can not call the webportal url I always get this error:

"The service is not available.
Error in the report server database. This can be a connection error, a timeout or a little memory place in the database of its."

 

The connection to the DB has worked in the setup and sufficient space is also available.

Everything is newly installed and the first setup.
Version 15.0.1102.299

    Add some logs from here:
    C:\Program Files\Microsoft SQL Server\MSRS13.MSSQLSERVER\Reporting Services\LogFiles

      there is no directory on the Powerbi server.
      On the SQL Server is the pardon of the 2012, which can not be or it is the wrong because I had set up powerbi only a few days ago.

        You have installed RS so u have logs. Find it.
        Without info noone can help you.
