Can't display the visual

Hi there,

I created a report that joins multiple datasets and some sharepoint files. It works fine when shared with other users except for one.

The main visual, which is a matrix, does not even take time to load, it turns grey immediately. For other users it usually takes around 1 minute to load.

I have confirmed that this user has access to all the datasets and the Sharepoint folder, is there any other reason could lead to this issue?
