Can't diplay the visual

We recently installed the PBI Report Server in production. However, published pbix reports from PBI Desktop (Optimized for Power BI Report Server - May 2020) will not display any of the visualizations when uploaded to the production PBI Reports Server. The same reports work correctly in PBI Desktop and when upload to the dev report server. The prod and dev RS are setup the same. Any suggestions would be appeached. 

Error:

Couldn't load the data for this visual. Could not load file or assembly 'System.ValueTuple, Version=4.0.3.0, Culture=neutral, PublicKeyToken=' cc7b… or one of its dependencies. The system cannot find the file specified.

Notes:

• Production PBIRS: 15.0.1104.239 evaluation version

• Dev RBIRS: 15.0.1104.239 – Developer version

• Tested the database the connections successfully.

• The user accounts have full access.

• Running Microsoft SQL Server 2016 (SP2-CU15) (KB4577775) - 13.0.5850.14 (X64)
