Browser compatibility Tornado Chart

Hello all,

 

We've incorporated the Tornado Chart in a report which we host on a PBI Report Server release Oct 2020. This visual doesn't seem to render in Edge. It works fine in Firefox for instance. It says it's PBI certified. Any tips or advice on this? Or is this visual no longer updated?

 

There is this old post on IE11 compatibility from ArunTiruveedula with some comments of nikitagrachev.

    Our organisation recently updated to October 2020 and I was hoping that would fix the problem (we were on Sept 2019). This visual is around much longer so I don't see why this shouldn't work on Oct 2020. I hope we can put our test-env on Jan 2021 soon. Must say I haven't had much luck with non-MS visuals in PBI-RS. I will probably have to stick to MS visuals which is quite a shame.

    There could be unexpected error with different launched versions, please first try update the report server to the newest Jan version, and also used newest Desktop for RS version to save it to report server.
