Analysis services error when viewing report on power bi report server

Hi lnicho ,

 

Please try if recreated the query using same login and using  directquery type worked.

Also ，as a workaround you may pass this error by changing manually  the datasource of this report in the Report Server (report->Manage->Datasource...)

    recreating the report using the same login and directquery results in the same error as shown in the original post. When I use report->Manage->Datasource and set the authentication to Windows Authentication->As the user viewing the report (which is what we use throughout our organization), the connection tests successfully, but I still get the same error "We couldn't connect to the Analysis Services server..." as in the original post.
