YTD slicer issue

hello,

 

I have a question on YTD slicer. I have created a linking table to link between data model and slicer YTD table. When I select the YTD slicer, the YTD sales does not update, would expert help? I expect when I select 12 on slicer, the sales amount should sum from Jan to Dec.

    Hi erihsehc,

     

    I'm modify the 'cross filter direction' option to 'both' at 'manage relationship'. When this option has setting to 'single', the filter effect only works on one side.

    HI erihsehc,

     

    Can you provide the measure formula to test? In addition, you can also try to modify 'cross filter direction' option to 'both' and try again.(manage relationship)

        Hi erihsehc,

         

        Actually, after I modify the 'cross filter direction' option, your formula can change on update the slicer selection.
