Hi Anonymous ,

 

Click File-> Options-> Regional Settings and set the region to your region.

    Thanks for your reply v-eachen-msft . My Power BI regional settings are already set in the way that I want it to be. In Power BI desktop and Power BI Service my report works just fine. The problem is that the email preview is using the wrong date time format. It seems that the email preview is not using the Power BI desktop settings nor the Power BI Service settings. 

     

    My question is, what else can I try, besides the Power BI Desktop or Power BI Service settings, to change the date time format in the email preview?

      Hi Anonymous ,

       

      After my testing, i couldn't reproduce this issue.  I would suggest you to create a support ticket here.
