I have to publish dashboard aroun or less 100GB. Which licence should i take and how will it be reflected to workspace. Just FYI i am setting up a new workspace where i also want the admin rights fo...

Hi piyush_p1 

 

You could potentially look at Power BI Premium Per user as it has a total limit of 100GB (But it might not fit as it needs some extra working memory)

    Thanks GilbertQ. Could you please explain a bit on this and also what can be the alternative to it if i don't want to go for a Premium Capacity due to cost constraints.

    Also will then i be the admin of my workspace and can manage access etc also?

        Hi piyush_p1 

         

        Yes you can manage the workspace.


        But all users who want to view the reports/dashboards would also need PPU licenses.
